Well that's a releif. At first I thought that they were talking about the Lar 15 Pistol mags. That would've made a pointless purchase before my rifle arrived.

And who knows? Maybe someday that stupid mag restriction will be a thing of the past and we'll be able to proudly restore our full capabilities.

IF the price was right I would buy one too just for sh its and giggles. But no way I would pay what they ask for these things (US made ones) in the states. Aren't those beta mags like $250+? My giggles don't go past about $50-60. But if it is made in China I can see them being cheaper.

For those wanting a T97. We are seriously considering a price increase to reflect the craziness in the dollar. As it stands, all pre-orders will stay at $849, but once they arrive, I expect the price to rise to $899.

If we were to accurately reflect the rise in the dollar, the price would need to rise to $1100, but we are eating the difference for now.

$1100 is still a great deal for this rifle...$899 is a steal.

In my line of work the amount of price increases we are getting daily is astounding. Raw materials and the dollar have been the perfect storm for many retail operations. Thank god fuel has come down. It's hard to balance retail price increases with expected sell off, sometimes you have to take the hit in margin to keep the volume.

Wait for it...some bonehead will come on here saying they would never pay $1100 for chicom crap, blah, blah, blah....:rolleyes:
