How do you know what your order # is? All I can see is my order ID which is 3937606.

Says the order # on the original emailed invoice and in your order history on CanAms website if you registered a username with them.

I am with you "Derek1975", mines only show Order ID but not order #, I checked online at CANAM website under order section and the invoice emailed to me after I placed my order, still no order #, only Order ID 3938### for me.

Order # and Order ID are the same thing. When the site opened many orders were received beginning with #1, until we updated the numbering system to meet our old numbering system. #54 is just the 54th order received through our online system before the update to the 393###x system.

PS. I am going to be posting less here for the next few weeks as we deal with the huge number of orders to process. If you have a question, please call or email us direct. I will not be replying to each question posted here, just posting the occasional update.

PPS: Once again, if you have changed anything with your credit card, please contact us with the new details. If you are paying with DD or EMT, please forward payment ASAP. We will contact those with payment problems eventually, but they will delay your order. We have a large stack of orders waiting for details or payment that will just have to wait until we have time to contact the customer.
