have yet to see a single target for any make or model showing how easy it is

Quite literally the first google search will show you even generic off the shelf rifles will shoot 0.5 moa under the hands of a good shooter with a properly dialed rifle. Just look up accuracy testing videos on YouTube, plenty of people putting 5-6 rounds through 3 holes using a 308 rem 700 in a chassis.
Being able to group 0.5 moa at 500 yards is the same size grouping as being able to consecutively hit golf balls at 300. This is exactly why I said most quality rifles will do it, assuming you are capable shooter. Majority of the people shooting guns today, no matter how good, cannot "outshoot" the accuracy of their firearms, regardless of the price. Its just human imperfection and errors that factor into it. They only way you find that out is by moving to a better platform. I've seen a guy with a Cadex shoot 3 moa. I've seen someone else put 4 rounds through the same hole using that same rifle and ammo.
As for your "

Here's a Ruger American predator in a MDT chassis, Hornady match 308 168gr, with a diamondback tac 6-24.
5 shot group at 325 yards, all rounds through two touching holes. Surprised myself that day if I'm being honest, also allowed a minute or two for barrel cooling between shots.
Don't mid the ####ty tape job, it was my last target for the day and was trying to get the most out of it.
Tried to make the center dot roughly an inch.
Buddy of mine runs a ARC Coup De Grace also in a MDT chassis, custom IBI barrel, handloads, fancy optics and all the other works.
Every single handload runs the same velocity. safe to assume he is very nitpicky but then again he gets similar groups at 800y, also is a far better shot than me and his rifle build cost four times the price of my ruger.
