To the OP practical accuracy wise there is nothing gained from one CZ to another all shoot about the same....excellent.
The SIG 226 series will shoot with them and so will the Beretta 92 series. Grip wise my Mk2 25 has the thickest grips in my hands. Not unmanageable but noticeably thicker than the CZ line (the CZ rubber grips are the most comfortable in my hands followed by their aluminum thin grips).
The Beretta 92A1 is a recent addition to my safe and has a lot going for it. It certainly is as accurate, using the three dot sights, as my CZ's and my Sig. Recoil control, when shooting the Beretta, is more manageable in my hands than the CZ which I would rank 2nd to the Beretta and ahead of the 226. It isn't much but, in my hands, the Beretta wins.
The CZ's are the heaviest of the these three guns due to their all steel construction. The Sig 226 and Beretta are alloy framed and weigh less. The Shadow2 is a 4lb brick in my view, far heavier than it needs to be but for those who see benefit for IPSC it has a market. I am not convinced the extra weight does much for most shooters - unless they forked out $1,400 for it then of course the gun has great benefit.
Decide what you want the gun for and buy what you like the most. Paying more doesn't always translate in getting significantly more. Buying an Olympic Free pistol for plinking really doesn't make much sense. Get what you want, that serves your uses the best, and what you can afford.
All of the above are just my experiences, others may have different views. Hope this helps.
