Received stamped test results June 6th, 2018
Application arrived in Miramichi June 8th, 2018
Appeared Online July 18, 2018 with a message some information was missing.
Missing photo was received in Miramichi on July 23, 2018
Photo was processed on August 13th
As of today (August 21, 2018) I was told the file is with the Ontario CFO for final approval, and to give it 30 days. If it's not processed in 30 days to give them a call back.

I submitted by PAL/RPAL application on June 29
My credit card got charged August 10
And I got approved and received my PAL/RPAL # (through phone) on August 21.
I did not get a call nor did any of my references, I thought that was a little strange because after reading through the forums I was sure I was gonna have to make one of my reference call in...

Seems like only QC have been getting calls lately. Congrats!
I was told that as well a few weeks ago when I called in.
I passed the test last weekend and got the first page of report(form 5484) with examiner's signature. And was told sending the Original copy to RCMP and keep the photocopy as record.
My question is : what is the stamped test results? My examiner never give it to me and never told me I will receive it in the future. What should I do? BTW, I comes vancouver island of B.C.

I believe only some provinces actually require/give out stamped results. Just apply with what you have, and you'll be OK.
I am in Ontario and we do have stamped results, but I applied without actually having mine yet. If they need them, they'll update your application status and contact you asking for whatever is missing. At that point you can call the BC CFO and inquire, but I believe I heard that in BC there are no stamped results required. Maybe I'm crazy though, but if they are, they'll arrive in the mail in 4-6 weeks or so.
You don't need to have your stamped results to apply. So just apply anyway, the sooner you apply the better.
Guess I'll make the rest of you enjoy the pain of my wait.

I'm in the same boat. I called them and they said definitely don't send the results until you get your application reference number, you'll need to include that when you send your results.
They also said faxing is the best, as they can receive it & process it/put it with your application the same day. I have heard of some people having their application approved 2-3 days after they fax the results.
I'd also advise calling in when you do end up faxing the results, just to confirm that they got it. Pretty sure they're OK with that still.
My application was signed for August 2nd, received my stamped results on the 17th. Still hasn't showed up online, so I haven't faxed them in yet. I'll probably be faxing them from a Staples or something.
For reference, my application was received July 20th and has been online since last Friday. Faxed in my course results and was told to call Friday to make sure they were received.
Hopefully mine will be coming up soon. The RCMP received my file on June 8th, and I'm told it's been with the CFO since August 13th. 83 days so far.Ontario RPal issued today. 41 days total since received. No references called.Today is a good day!!

Application shows online as missing information - August 31st, 2018
Called today to provide information (payment was declined and forgot to say no for any other conjugal partners in the last 2 years) and also tell them I'll fax in my course results now.
She told me to call back in 3-4 weeks to check if they received my faxed course results? but I have heard of others having their license issued 3-5 days after faxing the papers in. Does anyone else have any experience being told it'll take a few weeks, but it not actually take a few weeks? Do they just say that so we don't go calling back every day?
I feel like I'm getting so close! 28 days for it to appear online also appears to be the fastest it's showed up online for anyone in a while. I think it's a good sign that they've worked through a ton of their backlog.
