Application online since OCT 13th credit card charged that week., initial processing completed. Still waiting for the approval. BC Resident. Anybody else have a related timeline?

for bc it seems to be within 28days/4weeks after cc charge to get issued, yours should be this week or next if you are clean

Application Received: June 26
Online appearance: Oct 6
Credit card charge: Oct 6
Card delivered by mail: Nov 2

Now, let's spend money

UPDATE TIME!

Began my day like I have for the past 18 days, checking the online status (app. 615am PST). Was still showing as in initial processing at this time. I've been a little paranoid so decided to call in and make sure my forms were ok and that the photo was acceptable etc. During my first attempt I got a message that they were experiencing heavy call volumes and that I'd have to call back, the call then disconnected. I called back about 45 minutes later and after about 8 minutes on hold got to speak with a fantastic lady who advised me my license had just been approved! Now I just have to wait for the physical license to be printed and Canada Post to delivery. After getting off the call, I logged back in to check the online status and it now showed as approved.

~ It appears the online status is fairly "real time" based on my experience

That's incorrect, Miramichi processes applications in the order that they receive them.

There are many reasons why the approvals don't always come out in the same order, but #1 is an inaccurate or incomplete application.

Hmm. Must be that I’m still in the waiting stage, I’ve called before and the lady checked out all my info and said my picture was good. She said all I can do is wait. Must be in the waiting stage still just excited. Sadly missed the rut but always next year.. It says completed initial processing please check at a later date.

RPAL upgrade update in Alberta:

Received on July 13th
Credit card charged and first shown online October 16th
Approved today, November 4th

I didn't call them at all, and none of my references were called. I've had my non-restricted PAL since 2007.
