Why of course, gun is presently being made by ZM. If Para was to buy ZM or the rights to the gun would that automatically make it less of a product or has Stoner achieved cult status with his AR design?

Rumours persist the Americans will replace the AR and bets are it will be with a piston design of some sort.

Just to change the topic slightly, the AG42B and MAS operate by direct gas impingement. The Stoner series doesn't.
