easy there fella, im still tryin to understand all the rules and regs, thought these small units woulda been illegal, but as im learning restricted isnt as restricted as it sounds, just tryin to learn is all

Just to assure you, I have been posting here for quite some time and have yet to encounter anybody planning to do anything illegal. In fact, I would put money on there being fewer parking tickets handed out to the folks here than criminal charges against those who want to take away our freedoms. The folks here are fiercely independant and believe in self sufficiency and hard work as opposed to Big Government barging in and telling everybody what's best for them. Many will look upon your questions as a poorly crafted attempt to find "scary" data to use against generally good people.

Now as far as the length of these firearms, don't worry about it. You could do far more damage with several articles that 75% of Canada's population rely on for day to day life and are easily available in a few shops.

And no, I won't.

So any more questions, I'll be happy to field them.

In all fairness, maybe he is used to the intelligence level exhibited on facebook and youtube, where people routinely post pictures and videos of themselves doing illegal and incredibly stupid things.

Just my two bits, personally I like the PWS 7" poly barrel: very slick with the break/compensator.

The top one is just loud, which you no longer hear after the first shot.

Here's my PWS at bottom, in 7.5" the comp works well to tame the blast much better than the old guard CAR15 at top.

cnclaw, I really like the CAR15 where did you get the flash hider? I fired a similar rifle twenty some odd years ago, with an Armson OEG fitted - at the time it was state of the art. Maybe I need to build one of those and relive my youth.
