pickled is pickled. Depends on how anally you preserved them. If you use a pressure canner or water bath, you could probably keep them minimum 6 months maybe 2-3 years max.

I just bought 2 smaller jars of pickles and I think the smaller jars are going to work out better than the giant one.

Peeling 40 eggs sucks!

I also don't think I'm gonna bother with much in the way of spices next time. Seems like I can never taste em anyway.

Dude...Booze is crutial to the peeling process.

Keep the spices or they will be vinigar bombs...Nuke the pickling spice though...That stuff is for bad meat or some other medievel food....blahhhh
