Please Help! Should I buy WS-MCR or new Kodiak Defense WK180 Magpul edition??

I had a ws-mcr. It was an excellent rifle. Build quality was good, it ate all types of ammo and every mag I used worked flawlessly. I only sold it because I a cowboy type that prefers levers and falling blocks. Highly recommend it.
 
It would be really nice if Brownells would make a special run of their 180 uppers that would be compatible with our Canadian 180 lowers.

Well, in another thread someone said RWA was just making accessories as of now not firearms, so they're not an alternative to the WK or MCR, other then the one remaining Blackout example at CSC.

They get the chewed up inside because of the short gas system causing higher rebound velocity of the bolt. Afaik both rifles have shorter gas systems than they should so both will likely have the same issue.
 
The WS MCR I find is a good alternative to the prohibs. Possibly for three gun and for Yotes. You will not be disappointed in the MCR

Carbine gas system in 18.7” barrels are rare
 
for $999.00 you can now get a complete upper in 7.62x39 from wolverine supplies, I'm disappointed that its left side charging only. The right side is blocked off, any how check out wolverine supplies facebook page. Theres little info about it there, non on their site about it
