Poor experience with Calgary shooting center

My local gun store refused to give me a complimentary foot rub with my latest purchase. It is an outrage and they shall feel my fury.
 
So you missed out on a sale, and you're upset they wouldn't bend over backwards to accommodate you? Do you not understand the point of having sales?
Are you going to complain next if they advertise something but it's sold out when you show up?

This is not a case of poor customer service, this is a case of an entitled customer.
 
Weak post…pull the trigger next time if it was such a smoking deal - don’t throw good businesses under the bus cause you couldn’t figure it out.
 
always good services with them,try and go to the bay the day after a sale end and try to get yesterday price tag see if it works.
 
Reminds me of the old saying " if you snooze , you lose " . Sales expire , and although it may be disappointing to have missed out , the store is under no obligation to extend sales beyond the cut off date . The consumer can ask for an extension , but it is not a store's fault if the buyer is late to the party .
 
I venture into the CSC about ten times a year. I’ve always received great service from all the staff. If a person missed a sale, well, you missed it; just don’t blame the retailer, only yourself.
 
Not sure what the point of comparing a national chain that sells largely self imported chinese made tools to a single store that carries tools brought in by importers that set the margins for them. Apples and pineapples.
Besides, the way the OG uses 'possible' in his post, he wasn't a guaranteed buyer even if they did honor the price. "Hey will you give me yesterday's price? Not saying I'm going to buy, just asking for now."
