I would like to ask a question...not to upset anyone, just curious....why would you leave the trigger lock on when posing your rifle for a picture?

See that a lot in what would otherwise be wonderful pictures

Very nice, just a question any reason why you left the action unpainted? what's that barrel contour, man that's a bat, :) Well done though!

This is a gorgeous rig UM, bought the same scope to top my custom AR-10 build... Just love to see those chef d'œuvre... JP.

That is a thing of beauty U_M, not just in looks, but the quality of the pieces put together to complete the kit.

Thanks you , I'm quite pleased with how this one turned out . I'm horrible for building then selling , but I think this ones a keeper

The barrel and action are untreated mostly because I havnt got that far haha, probably going to ceracoat both and hopefully have the bolt nitride to prevent rust as that parts cromoly not stainless. The barrel is a 1.25" no taper . This rigs any thing but light haha

Thanks JP, I do love me the SB. Scopes I'm not to sure how I feel about the MTC clicks , but realiatically as I shoot almost all my scopes with hold overs , I don't expect to be dialling to much

What make S&B so appealing to old eyes is the constant perfect clarity, using them on a regular base, just spoil you... JP.

Nice toy Arrowhead! You have good taste.

Got mine a couple months ago. I really like the entire design of the action. I will likely buy another badger before anything else.
How do you like yours?

Specs for those who are curious:
Badger M2013 Short action
Badger 30MM standard height rings.
Shilen SM .264 barrel chambered in .260 Rem
Atlas Bi-pod with AI spigot attachment
Vortex Viper PST FFP 6.5-24x50

Great looking rifle. Was it a big job to fit the Badger action to the AICS stock? I would love to drop a Badger action into the AICS chassis I've got.

Update to my little project, now with added Medalist stability. Torqued to 50 in/lbs and seems to feed fine, "paper test" passed. The real "paper test" will be this weekend.

Wifey just bought me this Rem 700 LR in 7mm rem mag. pictured here with an atlas BT-10 which is now on my other remington (below). this rifle here will be made in to a nice long range rig and hunting rifle.

My tuned up Rem 700 SD (dudbbed Lima 1-1) with its new Nightforce scope with MOAR. My load for this guy is a 175gr Nosler Custom Comp with lapua brass fed match primers and 40.3 of IMR 8208 XBR

a quick pick of its potential. a 3 shot group then a center punch correction.

thanks!
