What do you guys think of the retailer buying up stock from other retailers and then auctioning it off at ridiculous prices and making a ton of money and screwing the shooting community?
I’m finding it a little hard to stomach, In this time of need it takes a shady dude to line his pockets this way,,
I’ll never support them, this won’t last forever,,
It's called ''good business'' or investing. Buy low, sell high is the only rule.
Why weren't you already prepared for what's happening right now??? Can't blame the astute seller for your neglect.
I've seen and heard all of this before, the only things that change are the names and faces. All of the excuses are the same.
What you're going on about is crying in your milk.
Could have, should have, didn't. There are lots of investors making the same mistakes over and over again every day.
When a person goes into business, they are indeed investors, they aren't in business to lose money.
They have to charge enough for what they're selling to be able to make a profit and replace that stock, which will very likely be at a much higher price. If you can't handle that, time to get out of the game.
Prices are what prices are for lots of reasons, mostly because of dwindling amounts of product available.
Just take a look at fuel prices right now. It all could have been avoided but Charest in Quebec, wouldn't let the Eastern Pipeline go through, same in the west, where the Trans Mountain has been held up for decades.
Now that the Russian exports of Deisel/Gasoline/LNG have been cut off, lo and behold we have a SHORTAGE in supply and prices are going up accordingly.
Nothing different about what's happening with ammunition and components.
