PRS Match CDTSA Milo Range

The gun range permits restricted use.

Anything that is legal is allowed. This pertains to magazine limits as well. (Beowolf/LAR's are allowed, but may be a directors decisions if allowed in competition to keep classes fair). 3G allows all magazines but didn't a few years ago. Not all semi's can run 10 rounds easily.

Those are all technically "pistol mags", are they not? So is there any way to have more that 5 in the mag with my modern Hunter for comps???

Also, do you guys gather up your brass at these, or do you just hid them farewell?

The club would likely apprecaite a clean-up. Normal shooting requires it. LOTS of people will want to reclaim their brass.

If the MH takes a pistol mag that holds 10 rounds, that is 100% legal. As Ryan has confirmed, these rounds will be permited at the comp.

I will be running Lar15's in my AR.

And its capacity is 10?

Sorry, I thought I new all the rules until now.... "If it's designed for this, but'll fit hat, it's ok....".....then the whole Beowulf thing.....

Yes. Since G2 PMAGS are the only mags that work well in the MH, they are building 2 new mags. They look identical, but one is being produced for Wolverine Supplies XCR-M Pistol, while the other is a run of the mill 5 rounder.

.308 here, not anywhere close to 3150fps. I'll be entering a new contender into the debate on the cdn rifles, I've got an Insite arms rifle. But as we all know, the match is won by wind calls and the reloading bench. What are the limitations on technology? Kestrels? Smart phones with ballistic apps? Laptops? Truck mounted server?

I think it'll be down to wind calls. Maybe caliber too (.223/308/6/6.5's, etc).

Should be fun. I think a Kestrel will be useful, but in general you'll have to "feel" the wind and know it's speed vs setting it up and using it. That's the biggest thing the Kestrel has taught me. Pretty useless for shooting, but aligning the feel to a wind speed helps tremendously.

People can borrow mine to get a feel for this prior to shooting, or I can set-up near range on a tripod.

Do you have the Insite Arms brake? I'd love to check it out. Thinking about running it on the new barrel whenever that gets threaded on.

Likely be won by those who practice this type of shooting. I assume most guys will be shooting 3/4 MOA loads or better. If you are regularly a belly shooter, I feel this may be eye opening.
