I am not suggesting you should be uncomfortable, i just wasnt aware of any other ethnicity that is used for plinking. To each his own. Have fun shooting your aboriginal targets!
Bingo!!!!!

On that note, the cardboard targets are BROWN!!! And B-27 targets are BLACK! Oh, the field day the human rights commission will have when I break the news to them!
Thats your argument?

I have nothing to depate with you.....Can't teach common sense, or argue with ignorance.

Well I am aboriginal in ancestry and I have no problem with those targets in the context of the sport.
You on the other hand have me wondering?? With a name like "Higain"????? Banned returnee???? Troll????
John
Good Call, John in B.C! Hence the reason for the my "spidey senses are tingling on this guy" comment.
ok, I'll bite...So why is it so hard for you to not read into the fact that are targets on the range in the shape of an indians?Kind of hard not to read anything into it when there are targets of only one specific racial group.
Would you be ok with other people shooting at a target named after your race?

Whats the problem? Why did you wait till you were on your computer to ask this?? I willing to bet, you didnt have the balls, to ask anybody at the range, (when you were there), this question!...Why didnt you ask them, why they didnt have targets representing, what did you say?..... "Ukranians", "blacks" or "Jews"?
Ok, here's a fact. Instead of hiding behind your screen, and trying to defend yourself from every comment that you get here, go to your range and have a meeting with the executive board and ask them the same question! Why waste your time here asking, when your not getting the anwsers you want? Make sure you tell them also that "I did a lot of things as a kid that i wouldnt do as an adult"... So what are you suggesting by that statement, to all the guys and gals here that shoot Cowboy Action? Let's see how long you stay on as a member!...Will you go before the board, with these questions?...FACT...you havent, and you wont.
Cowboys and metis just doesn't sound as good, and no, I'm not a crybaby over who shoots whatever "non-person target" targets.
Cowboy Action Shooting mimmicks history. In days gone by cowboys shot other cowboys, bandits, animals and indians. That is a fact and that is what the game is based on. It is all in good fun and some of the nicest people I have ever met taught CAS to me. If you don't like it try thinking about kittens or butterflies...
So if this is history, is the game celebrating or glorifying the shooting of "Indians"? This is my question, what message does shooting at a target that represents a specific race of people send?
To be historically accurate...
