I am in line and should be in for the first batch of 50 (just made it if I did)...
I believe the line is now at 150+'ish??
Another batch before Christmas... hopefully but unsure - I'd think so.

They do seem like the ultimate .22lr.

I am waiting for the MP5 version 8)
I believe JR mentioned that dealers would be getting theirs in January, so I have to assume the second order is expected end of this year.
I'm getting one on this order, and if and when Rhineland pops out the MP-5 version, I'll buy that one as well.

UPDATE, we are slowly growing in size here and making way for the MP5. Thats still going to be a big push as we want to bring it to market at a bit lower price than the R22 and a larger volume.
The R22SD is still on target for release sometime this fall.
And for a bit of trivia, for those of you will Morse Code manuals. The slots and holes on the bottom of the handgaurds are actualy morse code. Nothing good like VIVA REGAN, but nobody has spotted it yet.

Since origionally advertizing the R22, Rhineland has bumped up the retail price, so I have no idea if this will mean a price increase on the next order. That being said, for the next MP-5 look model expected this fall, Rhineland are taking about an increased production and possibly a lower retail price.
I personally suspect that these are going to fly off the shelves fast enough that the mark up can be kept to a reasonable level. If they start lingering on the shelves for a few months, I would expect the orders to be scaled back a bit and the retail price to creep up a bit.
