I was going to guess about the same after I noticed the upper alone on his site is $1000 lol I guess having a bad a** dedicated .22lr AR is going to cost you. Anyways +1 on that is one ###y AR

The upper is 1000 $, Spike lower 270 $, add pistol grip, buttstock and lower parts kit and you are under 2000 $

Don't take a Eotech, take the Busnhell holosight and you save money.

Look expensive but ammo cost nothing and it's fun shoot 500 round on a target !!

I going 2 time, each time I shooting 500 round, no stop, only for reloading mag and work very nice, no jamming, I shoot with federal 525 rd box and 333 winchester

And the RRA double stage trigger work very nice too, the AR15 standard trigger is horrible

It's a Savage 1917 NRA Target Model. The first rimfire Savage produced was made to look like the Springfield 1903, which was popular perhaps due to the war. Later versions would be more "sporty" looking.

The first 22 Savage made was a pump action model 1903, then came the 1904, 1905, 1909, 1911, 1912 and model 1914. Then came the model "1919" NRA which is what that gun is.

they have ruko/armscor and squires bingham stamps on them, and they both seem to like any ammo you feed them. one came with a 10, and the other came with a 15 shot mag. i'm not sure what else you want to know. i've been toying with the idea of butchering one up for a drum-type setup, but since i'm a big hack, i haven't had the guts to get started yet. also, since seeing the puma ppsh type .22, i've been having second thoughts about this project.

Now that is a sharp looking rimfire. I think I have to add that to a must track down gun on my list.

arnie's in prince albert had one the last time i was there, didn't have the black paint on the stock, but i think it was the same thing. checked out some older posts, apparently squires did have another back in the day that in fact had a drum mag, and was more of a pps copy than mine. maybe i should look into those before cutting mine.
