That applies to changing the barrels of Restricted firearms ,Changing a Non restricted firearm to a restricted status makes the Firearm at the worst case a prohibited device. You do not have the 30 day notifaction process if you were to change the barrel it must be done immeaditly upon completion and must be verifed . Changing barrel on a restricted rifle the owner has 30 days in which to notify the CFC
They don't need an OIC to reclassify a firearm ,they only need it to meet the requirements a barrel under 18.5 inches does this
so does anyone have some concrete info about the rob arms xcr cqb and when it may start selling in Canada?
why not buy an lmt mrp or build something similar if you want qcb so badly. Why the xcr?
What's the cost difference per 1000 rounds?
I load .223 for about $0.28 per round and could get it cheaper I'm sure.
You could always just buy another caliber kit from wolverine, and then send the barrel to ATRS and get them to make you like a 11.5" or whatever you want.

Judging by the number of post that don't come anywhere near to answering your question.
We don't know.
Just go out and buy the 552...
...didn't you already post that you just bought one in a different thread.
Okay this thread is officially useless now.![]()
This thread was started 2 weeks ago, I got impatient and bought a sig 552...that doesn't mean I wouldnt consider a Rob Arms CQB in the future![]()

you cannot export a barrel from the states, for a rifle, shorter then 16 inches.
unless they sell XCR pistol barrels, aint gonna happen here for us.
