This rifle is cake to tear down and clean. A joy really. Tip of the day for you, careful with the bolt as the firing pin, retaining pin just sits in the bolt and drops out easily.

As you said, it was easy. Thanks, Is there any reason why someone would need to remove the barrel?
 
Is there anybody , using a 2-10-42 scope or similar on a XCR- l with dlask adapter and a CTR stock. I'm trying find out what one piece mount works with this, except for the pepr mount. Was thinking ADM. I'd like to keep the buis... Thanks

irunguns.com had one on their US page. Also, ctcsupplies.ca has them on their site, but they sell out fast.

Im running the p-series mount that came with my nikon p223. its two piece. Im running ebay 45 degree offset adapters that my factory BUIS bolt to.

I think I'm gonna try the aero precision mount , $80 and it only 3 ounces. Regarding the rails, I'm looking for keymod rail covers , not rails. I may have found a company in the US , who ships to Canada. So far it says shipped on my account with them.
 
Ok bought an railed xcr l, been running that for last year. just picked up a key modded with light profile barrel........Was saving up for a tavor but tavor just got bumped.......
that totally changed the feel of the rifle......
 
image.jpgimage.jpgI just mounted a zeiss HD-5 2x10x42, using vortex rings( waiting on a aero precision 1 piece mount). The scope adds a bit of weight, but , damn it's clear. Hopefully the aero mount at 3 ounces , will add a bit of height, so I can attach my buis. Some more ammo testing on Sunday:)

Smaller manufacturer providing a platform nearly as versatile as an AR with a lot of features, and a big part of it is the non-restricted status.
