you wont regret it! its worth getting the gen 2 model due to the updated parts. stock up on LAR mags and never look back!

I have the Gen 2 myself. The Bolt really gives it away and of course the older versions never had the keymod system. I am very happy with mine. Runs like a top. I believe my review is still posted in the Wolverine supplies forum if you want to check out what the gen 2 looks like and how it shoots. I am sure you will be VERY happy with one of these.

Slapped on a Bushnell Elite Tactical DMR this weekend and starting to get it sighted in reasonably well. Two five round groups, couldn't bust out calipers but they're measuring centre-to-centre pretty tight to 1". Now I just have to get them where they were supposed to go.

I had a gen 1 xcr-l in .556 and got an XCR-M recently. They definitely changed the design. I cant find the buffer anywhere. There used to be a rubber one at the back of the receiver on the old XCR-L I had but the XCR-M doesn't have this... Can anyone explain?

Has anyone taken the pinned flash hider off and installed an after market one themself? Or would you just bring it to the local gun smith.

New bolt and bolt carrier system and a light barrel option, also the buffer pad is now on the BCG and not the lower anymore
