Robarms XCR FAQ post

I have a quick question for those using the Dlask stock adapter; I'm about to install mine on my XCR and was wondering if there are any snags/problems anyone has noticed? Special tools? Obviously there is no need for the buffer and spring, but are there any other pieces I will need other than the adapter, tube and tube nut?

Thanks in advance...
just the castle nut wrench to lock the tube in place.

Just put a new Trijicon Acog on mine, man that scope rocks! :ar15:

Nice setup. I am trying to figure out how you attached the sling at the front of the rifle, because it looks good.

I wonder if there is any chance of us even seeing this new stock, due to USDOS regulations preventing export of folding stocks, etc...? Would be wicked if we could, if not, maybe get made in country??

They have already answered this question in an earlier release = the answer unfortunately is no it will not be coming with the new stock due to US export laws prohibiting the export of folding stocks.

Damn!

So finally, best option is to get the hands on a an ACR-TO-XCR adaptor and buy an ACR stock...

Question is, does ACR stocks are also prohibited from exporting?!

An old friend did the work. 5 flutes both before and after the gas block, he also designed and made that brake himself. It is our very own Craftsman 441 here. He had the dirty thing parkerized by a fella in Edmonton. His name escapes me, I will edit when I remember. Looks even better in person.
