Ruger Precision Rifle Coming Soon!

finaly a 243 with a 7.7 twist, and with a 26" barrel finally a company that gets the ballistic performance of this cartridge, with 115 DTAC its flatter than a 260, just harder on barrels. but long range isnt cheap.
except for the new awesome rifle. Thank you Ruger.

Great seeing some love for this rifle in 243.

I placed my order today , went with 308. I believe there's only one left. Is there a difference between a comp and a brake or are they both the same thing? Google had the answer.:)

^ Crazy part is that it is cheaper to have it shipped to AB then buy in person in BC.

Can a muzzle brake be ordered from the USA or is it considered a controlled product? I want the SuperComp XL but can't find a dealer here in Canada. It would be perfect for the Ruger RPR

Looks like an effective device for mitigating recoil but it has ports that direct gasses at a downward angle. One of the main criteria when looking at brakes for the type of shooting I do (on my belly) is the direction of the blast. Notice there were no shots taken from the prone position in that video, the design looks like it would make awesome dust storms and dig sweet holes... you can do better for the type of shooting this gun was intended for onurb!

back to the topic of thread, update us gary! This gun makes my d*ck itch.

You make a good point. Do you know of any high end brakes that are sold here in Canada that fit the RPR?
