Why dont you go back through this thread, and others, and apply the same logic to your side of the fence there pal.....

As already explained.... there is a reason why this board is well know to be unwelcoming, anti-US, and welp, idiotic.

Put up, or shut up......

To be completely honest this board gets a reputation because of people like you.

I didn’t see anyone arguing until you and your butt buddy Boris came along.

If you cared about factual research you would conduct yourself adequately.

You are essentially half assing your estimates too - also why do you care?

I’d wager Canada has more Soviet SKS rifles than the USA, by a LOT. I don’t care to give any factual numbers since you just make up your own anyways.

Canada has all the SKS. It’s not a rifle, it’s a way of living.

Didnt you notice how well the conversation went when you set the schmuck attitude asside, and the other window lickers had homework to do?

I like this thread......nothing wrong with LC or his questions.....I welcome all gunutz and think some of us are a bit too uptight.
Loose canon!! Stick around don’t let the prickly nutz freeze ya off!

For one thing, 'some' of you seem have trouble deciphering Boris's post and beliefs from mine. You either inadvertently or purposely attribute your hatred with a wide brush.

If I recall correctly, I specifically stated my belief that its possible to have letter K in hardwood. I stated many times in the other thread that it is my OPINION that the Tula star stamp is incorrect. Several of you believe its simply 'uncommon' and thats cool also! There is nothing wrong with having a differing opinion, but some of you guys like to get out that bobblehead holier then thou poking stick and antagonize people with a mob mentality. Its tribalism... I get it, but some of you seriously need to get a grip before you fall off that high-horse. Your not gods gift to firearms, and you look like a wannabe dictator when you attempt to silence people for having an opinion and then ridicule them for attempting to have an honest discussion regarding import totals.

You think Im just going to just roll over when attacked from all sides? Marines are most comfortable when surrounded.

True poetry.

Ultimately it boils down to this: We don't know exact or close to exact numbers. Only the importers know what they have each imported, and who from. They don't disclose this info to just anyone. Least of all Joe Blo gun owners. Only a Freedom of Information Request to the Gubberment will likely give you the requested info and that can take years to obtain if they actually get around to fulfilling the request. Arguing here is pointless.

Is REALLY important to you guys that you 'think' you have more.... isn't it.

Pathetic

Is this what this is all about ? You want the USA (Population 325 million) to have more SKS than Canada (Population 35 million) This is awesome. Congratulations?

I have no idea how many SKS are in the USA, and don't care. I do know that your 45K number is completely incorrect, that's a fraction of the SKS in Canada. But if your arbitrary number makes you happy, that's all that matters. Laugh2

"K" stamps, Tula Stars and the rest of the stuff that you are so passionate about doesn't matter. At least to the average Canadian SKS owner. Sure, there are a few real SKS aficionados on CGN, but the majority of Canadian SKS owners view them as similar to a 10/22 or cheap 9mm pistol. Fun to shoot, cheap ammo, toss it in the truck and go blast away for some fun shooting. The first SKS rifles I owned were purchased for $75 each, we would give them as birthday gifts for buddies. I love the SKS for what it is, and I've had a dozen of them. Cheap reliable banger. Some I've owned have gone well over the 10K round count without a hiccup other than maybe a small fix like a new firing pin.

But this ....."I've come to a Canadian Gun Forum to make sure that everyone recognizes that the USA has more SKS than Canada" ......Well, that's priceless. Laugh2
