S&W M&P Compact

No, I haven't heard anything yet. I will probably follow up in the middle of the week since that will be two weeks since the last update I received.
 
No, nothing yet. Just sent an e-mail to follow up. It has almost been 4 weeks since SL has had the barrels back, so hopefully soon.
 
Wow that sucks the big one. Nobody should have to wait 4 weeks for a returned barrel that SL screwed up in the first place. I still say they should have replaced it right away with a new correctly marked barrel.
 
Apparently they make them all to order anyway, so it probably wouldn't have made much of a difference in the timing.
 
I put my order in for a 9mm a few weeks ago, have yet to hear anything. No rush for me the wife will snarl when she sees the credit card bill when charged.
 
I ordered December 18, 12-24 week waiting period estimated, so I shouldn't really be complaining. Just looking for information really.
 
I ordered a 9mm barrel for my .40 back in November 15th and haven't heard anything from Questar yet...Not impressed.
I should be clearer, it's not Questar that I'm not impressed with it's Storm Lake...and we being in Canada probably get kicked to the back of the list..Jmo.

As for the barrel, I was looking for one for my glock 27... A conversion barrel to 9mm. It was really hard to find one anywhere and I do shop in the States as I have an US address.. Every thing down there is out of stock... So I would not blame Questar, they are waiting for stock...

As for the M&Ps, well, no idea what is going on, but I am assuming it is a Smith and Wesson issue... Was reading some forums and apparently the compacts and shields are out of stock every where too...

Americans are buying every possible thing before the hammer comes down, or so they think.. Lol
 
Just heard back, apparently they are expecting the shipment from their US office and will hopefully know tomorrow if the barrels are part of that shipment. Let's hope.
 
They charged the deposit to my c.c. for my compact. Hopefully there is a bit of a delay, I have a another pistol in the mail and a delay in charging the outstanding amount to my c.c. right now may cause my wife to have issues, best if it's spread over a larger time period.

I had hoped the same thing when I had paid the deposit back in November. I was expecting several months, but it shipped in December. :)

Of course it wasn't in a working state, so it would have been better if Questar had held on to it longer and I could have held onto my money longer.
