Considering some companys ship certain parts without export licenses here one would have to find out if said part was legal to export. Ive had parts mailed across clearly stating what they are and they arrived fine after passing thru both usa and canada customs. Parts that are said on the great cgn to be illegal to ship or bring out if the states.
Even so many companies like simpson ltd will ship parts for $50 a line if under $500. Prove its illegal to export when major companies do it routinely.
