So in other word you know you're wrong so you resort to immature rhetoric. Got it.

I don't deny that I am rude and immature at times, but at the same time I'm not wrong about you being emotional and miserable, lol!

Good luck getting the pee out of your cornflakes and if you need help filling out a hurt feelings report, I can help :p

You buy a Colt le6940 from irunguns for $1400. You add $25 for flat fee shipping to their Alberta office. You pay with mastercard and add 2.5% to the foreign exchange rate for the date on the date of transaction. So 1425 x 1.3316 = $1897.53. At that point they ask you to pay the GST. 1897.53 X 1.05 = 1992.41. Then add $50 for shipping to your house. 1992.41 + 50 = $2042.41

If you buy from a Canadian retailer you pay $2400 + 13% = $2712

The end. For those that got emotional and hurt over this.... oh well.

Buying a colt le6940, for example, from the U.S will save you $650-700 after all exchange rates, taxes and tarrifs and shipping to your house, compared to buying the same gun in Canada. That is ridiculous. Canadian retailers need to step it up.

You are correct. IRG has a massive inventory access at really good price which can't be beat. Half of my guns are from IRG. The only downside is that you will have to wait anywhere between 15-45 days to get your items depending on the order. I am confident that 95% of the order are receded withim this time frame. Also you can save 8% on Provincial sales tax. They only charge get other HST.

Flat rate shipping in Canada too for $25

Yes it makes 0 sense to buy most stuff from any place other than irunguns it seems. If the items are in stock obviously. I am trying to look for items i will need when i get an AR and i am looking around at the most popular Canadian retailers and they just cant compete. The problem is they arent doing anything about it. They should just be apply for licenses and being more competitive instead of blaming the dollar.

You math is correct. USDCad is now 1.26.

You can save on the 2.5% if you use amazon.ca visa card.

Yes and for some reason some people in this thread hate that idea of getting stuff cheaper. The wait times seem to be acceptable. Getting it in a month isnt that bad. You usualy have to wait at least a week buying in Canada anyways right?

Yes and even better idead about the amazon visa. However i inquired about the amazon visa before and i hear that Chase Bank, the bank that "funds" the visa locks accounts frequently for Canadians who are buying expensive stuff in the U.S. ITs a real hassle people say. Read the reviews on it and you;ll see

Won't argue on the price point and I've used IRG before with good results but what happens if that imported rifle has a warranty issue? I'm genuinely curious, I've had warranty issues dealt with through a LGS that were a big enough hassle already.

IRG will take care of it. They are not a US entity. Its a Canadian and US entity.

Might be worth mentioning that the Canadian retailers do not pay the retail price a gun sales in the US for, so there is no need to say they are "barely" making money after all their expenses, its the other way round. If its made in Canada you get charged extra because its made here, if its made in usa you get charged exchange rate, import fees, etc. and not just in the arms industry.

Why dont you point out what was the first rude comment in the thread?

Your kind of a ####,while I don't believe post count means anything I have read almost all your posts and you come off as a know it all and very emotional. You don't think we don't know about Irunguns? You act like you stumbled onto a life changing secret,we know we get it however we also have colt canada which is where most people will sink their ar money or into a dd.

X2. Slagging Canadian retailers and telling them they need to "step up their game" is a bit of an unintelligent statement. Without a reasonable margin there wouldn't be any Canadian retailers at all. On top of that, while Irunguns has a great business model and excellent pricing, they can't supply the entire market with the variety of firearms and accessories we currently have available to us.

Troll is trollin'.

I didnt say irunguns is new and that people didnt know about it. I said canadian retailers need to step up their game instead of just blame the dollar. They need to do what irunguns does and a few other retailers do. I do know alot about ar15's and i gave my opinions to help others. People got offended because I dont think Canadian #### is that great. Oh well. I only respond to other in rude ways when peopel are being rude to me. Just like in this thread.

What is unintelligent is businesses who do nothing about a low dollar so they let their let businesses tank instead of look at others who continue to make money. Its funny that you would think that me calling them out is unintelligent. Weird almost. Trolllin is trollin. ITs comical that when people are confronted with the truth they call it trolling.
