No, the examiner just needs to put their number on it, and show the marks in written & practical.
Depends on the province. BC issues them immediately from the instructor as well.
I got the same letter, because I didn't include a copy of the tests. I intentionally applied before I got the test results to get the ball to start rolling, if you know what I mean.
I then sent in the letter, with the application number written on the top of the pages, and followed up a month or so later.
Check on-the-line, what your status is and get your application number. Then call them to see what's up. ?

Can family act as references? I've had others tell me no, but on the 5592 Form it just says "Conjugal partners".

Yep, that is what I did as well. Intentionally sent my application in early to expedite the process. However it's been over a month and I'm still waiting for my results from the CFO. Anyone else experienced wait times like this?
