I wish I could help you guys out some more but I really don't have anything to say.
I submitted my app, it showed online, first time calling in, reference called in and 10 minutes later I was done. It does make me wonder how people get processed though. I wonder if they take a look at the applications and sort by whether they're "easy" or not? Mine was a young unmarried application with no criminal convictions, no precious relationships etc etc so mine probably went into a "check references" pile straight away.
I guess anything is possible but that's likely improbable. For my app, I'm 48, happily married for 26 years, same job for 21 years, carried a badge as a Peace Officer now for 30 years, same address for 25 years, Mine should be so vanilla it's ice cream.
I was thinking if the final step is it goes to the Provincial CFO that the efficiency of each CFO would be the variable in the equation.
