A buddy will not use anything else for moose but an M1 Garand in 30-06 full wood of course!

I use various long recoil shotguns for bird hunting and my wife only shoots semi-autos for the reduced recoil.

I used to hunt deer and moose using a Remington 7400 but switched to a Tikka T3 for the last several years. This year, I am going back to the semi-auto because of all this recent business in the news... I would like to eventually purchase a BCL 102 but am currently waiting for the early production and supply kinks to be ironed out.

Always for ducks/geese. Not always for deer but I have in the past so I voted yes. I hunt with different rifles/shotguns depending on conditions and game animals.

Ruger 10/22 for squirrel, gopher and rabbit
Tavor for Coyotes and other mid sized pests.

For deer yes, use a SKS. For larger game i use my .308 Bolt gun.

I voted no, then instantly remembered my SA-08 shotgun. I don't do much waterfowl hunting, but it gets into the field a couple times a season.

Benelli Ultralite for waterfowl, occasionally upland birds.
Winchester 100 for deer in cover. Once shot three deer in succession with a single magazine in less than 30 seconds. Legal harvest years ago. Try that with a bolt gun.
