Here is the full old school Sig family.
Up top we have the grandfather P210-1; the original great.
Next is a P75, the heir to the Swiss Army sidearm throne, once grandpa stepped down.
After that is the P225, the oft forgotten police pistol son of the P220.
The ubiquitous P226 follows, best known for its role with the Navy Seals.
And last, but certainly not least, is the P228; the hotshot fighter jock who gets to fly through the air at mach 2 with the USAF! This compact double stack is the quintessential Sig, if you ask me. Interestingly enough it is my least favourite to actually shoot of the 5.
Of the family, likely the P210 then the P225 are my favourites to shoot. There is something about the single stack Sigs that I just love.
The newer German and USA Sigs didn't make the family picture. They don't
really count, do they?
