I wish I could post a pic of mine....currently, it is sitting in Bellingham WA, waiting for all the beauracratic poobahs to put their official blessing on it, affirm I'm not a terrorist, and then Prophet River will call me with the extraordinary news that it is finally here!!!

Here's a pic of mine. I bought it from original owner. He bought it in the 80's. He fired at and missed a deer when first got it so he put a scope on it. I'm going to do a range report with scope then remove it. it does kinda look like it wants to go hunting deer. Too bad we can't.

Didn't Ken Hutchinson (David Soul) carry one in the TV series Starsky and Hutch?

Thats correct and Starsky had a S&W Model 59.

Another famous movie Python is Robert Blake's 4" in Electra Glide in Blue. Nickel plated barrel and cylinder and blue frame.

I love these ###y colt revolvers so much but it's difficult to find them in Canada so I think I'll just import a few from the US for my collection.

Just gotta have a python, anaconda and diamondback for my collection.

Mmmmmm gun ####.

Can't wait to receive my 500 late this week. It's has the 8 3/8 " barrel, fixed compensator and full underlug just like yours.

The only thing I don't like about it is the compensator. 'Dealing' with it may be one of my New Years resolutions.

What I do like, virtually anything I put through it shoots well.

And, as I've mentioned in previous posts, to 'tame' the recoil, I had to change out the Hogue grips it comes with for a set of custom set of Jordan Trooper stocks by Herritt's.

If I thought I'd needed help, fear not, I'd ask. With the 44, I already have one,

with a touch of class:)

And, although a 'bigger boy' when compared to the 357 Mag,;) still, only a 'bigger' boy with about half the power of the 500:p.

Happy New Year.

Not cheap down there either, and then add the import fee.
