sks CNC 3D gun stock

Is that what everyone wants? I could copy that no problem, my 1st prototype i tried to
make a little fancy, would people be more interested in a original design like that? I guess i will just have to have 4-5 different ones! Im on the case!

work with what you got my man, the boys here are just excited is all. if you could make one for the sks-d/m like the one pictured in my previous post, then i would be so happy.

I know someone on this site must have an sks-m like that to help us get the right shape, maybe he could ship the original out to you the stock i mean to get the proper detentions. maybe curtton

No. Your design looks better. Besides right now it's very hard to find an SKS-M. Never mind finding one that's not at a ridiculous price. Fancy/Classic would be fantastic. Add some class rather than the AR wannabe look.

I think your prototype looks great. I like the lines. One thing though, how is the comfort of the pistol grip? It seems like it should have more contour from the thumbhole area.

my computer died and im getting another one soon, im using my dads comp, sucks being disconnected, anyway i redesigned the stock, looks much better, located some nice looking wood, now im just building the fixturing. The new one is alot nicer. pics next week for sure!

Count me in too. :D

I don't suppose you have any rough dimensional drawings that you would like to post? Perhaps a CAD file or something that you fed into the CNC......

Thats a bloody nice looking stock for just rough cut. Are you planning to sell these? Or just a fun project? If you plan to sell I'd definitely be interested, especially if it was at a good price.
