- tell him to ship it back at his expense and you refund the original $$. I'm betting he'll want an "adjustment" on the purchase price. If you buy used at a used price that's the chances you take. Win some ... loose some.

I bought some golf clubs that don't shoot straight. Can I get a refund???
If you bought them at Wallmart you can.

Im waiting to hear back from him today, explained to him how the tension ring works,so he will give that a try and see.
He has been very polite, and at this moment I am crossing my fingers that he can get it working more to his satisfaction. I know I would be frustrated if I had bought a gun and wasn't satisfied with how it was working, so I want to help him as best I can.
Thanks again to all that are offering help and suggestions!

Heard back from him. He took it to a smith today who took a look at it, re-tightened the screw on the face of the receiver, as it had worked its way a bit loose apparently from assembly/dis assembly, bore sighted it, and now its all good, getting 25/25 shots in a 2 inch group. Buyers happy, I'm really relieved and its all worked out now.
Thanks again to everyone!

Not sure about that...I don't see where that is mentioned in the manual.

Not calling you out, but if there is a more comprehensive manual, I would like to get my hands on a copy.
