Because being unable to afford a $3000 rifle on the private market that sold out in 12hrs for $1500 ($1700 w/tax) from the distributed is going to be what turns ppl away from being a gun owner lol.

Cost is a definite barrier but so is having things banned overnight.

I have order 7751, it shipped. Was wondering how slow Canada Post is, hoping it's here soon so I can bring it to the cottage.

Yeah it ####ing sucks not knowing whether your #### is going to get banned. Atleast we have the hope that whatever does get banned might be grandfathered in and that way we won't be losing our #### without compensation

I’m not #####ing. Just saying as it is...

We’ve went from patiently waiting-it-out holding on to them for a bit and seeing where the market goes to... “it’s sold out! gimme, gimme, gimmie!” Usually the smart process is to wait a bit until there is a 100% guarantee the supply is dry.

We were told the factory was shut and “there are no more type-81s, folks”... then a Type-81 LMG appears out of thin air from an alleged closed factory... *face palm*. Getting played like a fiddle. It’s a great marketing technique. Must have learned it from Westrifle. lol

More likely it’s because the Libs are in power... some gun owners are taking the money and running as fast as they can like a bunch of scared lemmings. Just my observation.

To give my own feedback, Tactical Import refunded my 14 drum mags. My 28 standard 30 rounds magazines and my 2 LMG are still processing. They offered me a kit but I'd rather wait and take the risk that there will never be fully functional drums rather than having to deal with repairing drums with a kit I don't know much about. I'm not well equipped to work on firearms.
 
Tactical Imports have been really good about all this and quick with a solution that isn’t perfect maybe but is much better than it could have been. I really appreciate their effort and professionalism.

I don’t know about yalls but I got mine to shoot & use. I’m taking it deer hunting this season for ####zngiggles. Who gives a f**k what anyone else does with theirs , sell it , put it in the safe , whatever get over it. Let’s get some range reports and feedback going from those that are shooting them !
 
I have an offer from a member of my gun club sight unseen for my rifle and fixins for $4000.00. He is a bit annoying on the range telling us all about his $10.000 fancy 1911 [ I out shot him with my Norinco 1911a1 ] and other xpensive firearms that he owns.You know the type big jacked up Dodge Ram with the Punisher decal on the engine bonnet etc. and the half wit girlfriend who is booblicious .I told him it is for sale for $5000..00 and a big chunk of hash.
 
I am 818x, a Limited Edition, but not in a rush. It will just have to join the other three new firearms waiting on my Dr. to allow me to shoot after a cornea transplant in Feb. �� waiting to get sutures removed, may be another year.

If you were...savvy, you'd take the 4k and buy 2 more from the next shipment, shipments. Cool story though.
 
Never seen so much #### measuring or crapping on ppl with money to buy guns. Heaven forbid we attract more ppl with money and make it a more lucrative industry. We should just have SKS’s & norinco knockoffs, so we can all be poor together. Then our new hobby will be admiring H&K’s or Gucci 1911’s from afar.

I can’t afford to buy 2 T81 LMG’s and 14 drums. But that’s ok because the more money the industry is worth, the more power we have. More supply, lower prices will go.
 
There is absolutely nothing wrong in having and making large amount of money. I’d rather have rich neighbours who need me to cut their grass and do all kinds of work for them than being in a ghetto surrounded by drug addicts breaking into homes.

This right here is exactly why I was cheering at people buying 5 type 81 LMG and spending like 10,000$ on Tactical Import :

i dont blame some people for returning the drum bcos some people cant handle a drill even when their life depend on it.

TI needs to have clear instructions including a template where to put the rivet when sending us the drum kits.
