Southern Alberta Precision Rifle League Match: June 3, 2017 Taber Shooting Foundation

Tell me about it. The ol' "congratulations, you have been waitlisted" didn't feel nearly as good as it sounded:p. Buh-lows! Ah well, you snooze, you lose. Just hope somebody drops out so I can grab a card!
 
The SAPRL is looking for some volunteers (4 if possible) to help out on the day of the shoot.

If you guys know anyone what would like to attend please let me know.

We will be able to make it worth their time.
 
I might be able to convince a buddy or two who didn't make registration to come out with and help RO or target b*tch. Not too many better ways to familiarize with another course of this type. Will let you know in short order.

Taber has a great campground that is about 10 minutes away from the range.
 
We can hardly wait to get the match started either Jay T. I look forward to seeing your son shoot and I hope we can make it a great memory for him. It's great to see that you and your son want to get out and participate. Who knows one day maybe we'll have enough interest to hold an entire junior match.

Just over 3 weeks to the match everybody.

Early next week I will be sending out an email with more details about camping, finalized round counts, etc.

Looking to be the biggest PRS match in Western Canada with one heck of a prize table.
 
Outstanding Ryan,thanks for the update,looking fwd to the match. Couldn't make the Milo match, unfortunately work gets in the way sometimes. Should be a blast, looking fwd to seeing some familiar faces and meeting some new shooters as well.
 
Match only a couple days away.

A few quick reminders to those who don't read my emails.

1) There is very little shelter out there so bring lots of water and sunscreen
2) Bring a camera, the SAPRL will be starting a facebook page soon and we need lots of pictures
3) There is not much in the way of facilities out there so bring whatever you need

We want to start as soon as possible so please show up early.

I wanted to give everyone the heads up that the firing lines are not equipped with rifle racks.

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone out there tomorrow. Safe travels to everyone and don't forget the water and sunscreen as it's looking like it will be a warm one.
