Southern Alberta Precision Rifle League Match: June 3, 2017 Taber Shooting Foundation

Thanks to all involved in the organization and operation of this match!
As has been mentioned already, the match was very well run and the quality of the targets and shooting props was superb. We had a great time and look forward to future matches from you guys!

Wanted to give a big thanks to everyone for the fantastic day at the match. The props were amazing and the Taber range is awesome! To all the sponsors who donated, thank you!!! There was so much amazing gear on the prize table, no one left without a big smile on their face. Challenging stages kept everyone from the newer shooters to the veterans having fun.
Great work again to Ryan and the guys for getting this going.

For those of you buying gear in the next while, check the sponsors for this great shoot, let them know you appreciated their support for our match, and send your money their way.

Thanks again and see you all at the next match.

Big thanks to all who organized and ran this event. Amazing prize table thanks to all the sponsors who support shooting sports! My son Robert was in attendance and this was his first ever shooting competition. On the way home he could not stop talking about how with more practice he could do better next time!

Our shooting community is filled with amazing people, I just heard from Ryan that Robert's entry fee was covered by a big guy with a bigger heart. Not only did Big Tex make up prizes for the junior shooters he also covered their entry fee!! THIS is what our sport is all about!!! Huge thanks to Tex, for this and I would be remiss if I didn't mention Sam who all day helped Robert out and gave him pointers and advice. sometimes dad's don't get listened to, but someone else their advice is gold.

Thanks again to all who organized this and we will be back!!!

Ryan,

Thank you for hosting an amazing shoot. As well, thanks to all the volunteers who took score, set up the range, did the admin and to all the vendors who gave generously to the swag table. The match was incredibly efficient and more importantly very fun to shoot. No doubt it was tough in places, but i really enjoyed the challenge and the opportunity to see some fantastic shooters and their solutions to the stage problems presented to us to tackle.

Eagerly looking forward to any match the SAPRL hosts.

Cheers!

Anybody have a link to rules used? What is the match schedule like?

We follow the PRS rules out of the states more or less. 30 cal and under and less than 3,150 FPS. Saftey rules are run of the mill kind of thing as well.

The 2018 schedule is not set yet but we are already planning and hopefully some new stuff will pan out.
