StG 44

Why cannot Questar import them for those who want to buy them? They are only the same as the CZ58 in that they are new semi-automatic only recievers. Where-in lies the difficulty? Furthermore these are not the fore-runner of the AK. The two systems are completely different. There would be no problem importing these or bringing one back from D.

they could BUT do you want to be the 1st? spend all that money only to have the rcmp say NOPE (likely it would pass) but if it did not your out alot of time and money

Nice picture Klunk. Did you finally manage to scare one up? Or is that someone elses?

As for ammo, maybe blackgunlover can hold some clinics on loading your own? :)

SCARECROW:
The Yugos had several thousands that were captured, STG42s, Mp-43s, MP-44s, MP-44/45s etc, etc.

We kitted and shiped many thousands to the USA over the years....
We had over three thousand new in the crates....

Oh well those days are gone....

What about the 8mm kurz ammo the yugo's had?

Great job Marstar, the STG sure will make a lot of G-nutz happy. Might take me awhile to save up but I will get one...

That is unless Joe or Mikkel take me to the range with theirs.... :D ;)

if its not on our approved list it will never come in.....

Not quite. It just needs to be submitted for approval prior to import.

There are other problems that are sometimes hard to overcome. Johnone explained at one point he was refused import of some ammo because it had mercuric priming.

CANUCK223;

You are quite right, about the ammo, I tried to have the 7.92k approved, they would not even accept it for testing because it has mercuric primers....
I have almost 3,000,000 rds sitting off shore, it will have to to the US....
But please understand our government wants you to be safe.... Feel better now ?
