Yea but this is surely as low as they can go right ?
I doubt they will be priced any lower than this, but who knows. I didn't think they'd drop below $900 either.

I will wait patiently for mine on the EE - in the $500 range for NIB.
But here we are. What CC has done is effectively killed the resale price for people that bought them at full price the first time around, what were then sold as a "very limited" offering from CC, hence the price when they first showed up. Wanna make a bet that another batch of rail covers is mysteriously discovered?
Just checked my finances, I'm going to sit this one out after all, lol! I hate having spare uppers and lowers laying around, so if I pick this one up, my OCD will have me buying a lower for it eventually.
Going to wait out for the IUR DMR.

If he wanted to catch suckers, CGN is the wrong place to be lol there is a site in Canada for that.I don't know. I picked one up for $750 shipped and a buddy got one for $730. But a month ago I sent a pm to a guy trying to sell his and had lots of BTT, yet he wanted more for his than the $800 ones at Frontier. He wouldn't budge on his $900 price. Worked out at the time to $50 more than new. Even with a link to the advertisement he was holding fast. In hindsight I'm really glad he did.![]()

I would hunt for a used LMT mrp instead for DMR. The Colt barrel is good but it's still a Chrome lined barrel. Not great for a DM rifle. KAC even uses a Krieger in their 18" DMR 5.56 rifle. With the LMT pick up a SS Mike Rock 5R barrel for it later and it's a two minute swap. You need special tools to change the Colt Canada IUR barrel out.
Obviously I like Colt Canada but... It's not perfect for everything.
More likely to see them as "limited edition - $1000" on the EE. HAHA
I bought one when they first came out. Im even tempted to buy another one at that price.
Cost averaging is a proven "investment" method
That's not a Blemish! It's a character mark. Note the patina! Operator distressed look.

I just wanted one in 10.5 or 11.5.
