I guess that would be one way to f**k us around. Put it on hold indefinitely
Ahh... CGN at it's finest. 55 pages of unverified rumor and panic.

Please tell me how posting conversations with the CFC and Registry is spreading unverified rumor and panic?
There are a lot of facts here - if you care to read them.
If you have nothing constructive to add - move to another thread please.
I posted this on one of the other "re-classification" threads. I suspect that one of the reason the T-97 and the new VZs are being screwed with by the RCMP is because they have not hit the market yet, and they can get to them before they do.
I suspect that any new military style semi that gets submitted from now on will get the same treatment.
Hopefully this means that they can't/won't mess with all the stuff already out there, which seems to be borne out by the fact that the old VZs are unaffected.
 BET TAKEN.Or...quite a large number of factual concerns about reclassification of a number of different firearms.
I'll bet from your statement you don't (plan to) own a T97 or Vz-58.
 BET TAKEN.
LET'S CALL IT, SAY A THOUSAND BUCKS!
You can just EMT me the money.
Well, then I'm wrong...
...and you're displaying a very strange attitude for someone who could very well be directly affected by a lot of "unverified rumor and panic".
You are wrong, and to prove it:

So pay up, deadbeat.
Yeah? What should I be doing? Running around screaming that the sky is falling? It's the end of the world?
The fact of the matter is that neither CanadaAmmo or the CFC has issued a definitive statement about this issue.
Either I will eventually get my gun or I will not.
Maybe one in ten posts in this ridiculously long thread actually address the subject. The rest is wild speculation and panic mongering.
