I adore my 64's....I'm warming to your's too!

I'm thinking your shop is kinda like a ballistic candy shop!

My wife puts me on a timer whenever I go over to visit. ;)

"No really honey, he had a rimfire emergency....I had to stay the night!" :D

I should have bought a fishing rod instead of a firearm!! Yeh it sucks but I make do with my .22 and pellet guns. We are allowed to shoot no bigger then as .22LR and a 12 gauge, no slugs in Essex county. I have my own .22/pellet range on a friends farm so we have some interesting times. We go through on average of 500rds of .22 every month.

I've done extensive research on this topic and what I've been told and read on government sites is this. A) If you're hunting, max. caliber in Essex is .243 unless there is specific restrictions in that township. We regularly hunt with our 22/250's for coyotes and have been checked numerous times by the MNR.
B) If you are target shooting there is no max. caliber restriction as long as the firearm is classified as NON-restricted and provided there is a "reasonable" backstop.
This was info I got of the CFC site, I printed it and keep a copy in my truck, alot of times even the popo's don't know all the laws inside out so I like to have proof on my side.

realy?

building your own toys are way more fun but as mentioned pricey but in the end its what you wanted not what a factory built and our club has smallbore fun shoots all summer and with 3 teenagers YES I need several 22s and 500 rounds a day at 30 bucks is a hell of alot cheaper than centerfire ammo................ now I just need a drum mag for this 1
