Cooper makes some very accurate rifles, and I own several, but accuracy wise, my 54 match rifles have a slight edge over my Coopers in 22lr.
A friend of mine just bought a new Anschutz a 64 action with a 54 style trigger heavy barrel, he shoots out to 200 meters with his.
Our current range at our club is 145 Meters and he shoots some great targets.
I know it sounds fantastic but he really knows what the gun can do. He calculates the information on his phone like the temperature wind conditions and that the range is 3 degree down slope.
He had a Armament Technology custom 223 rifle years ago and shot 75 and 80 grain Burger bullets at 500 meters and if the conditions were right got some 5 shot groups of 1.9".
But he went to the range every day regardless of the weather and kept detailed information and loaded rounds with absolute precision.
He sold everything when his wife got cancer and it wasn't that important to him anymore. Its 16 years since she had cancer and he is getting into shooting again.
