I've got some play and rattling between the upper and lower in mine. Is there any way to tighten it up?

Can confirm the O-ring hack works like a charm . Zero play between upper and lower . Here are a couple of pics to help with o-ring selection . Sorry I didn’t get the actual size . It was just kicking around when I though to try this out based on earlier posts here . Thanks for those.

Excuse the filthy feed ramp and lower . That thing just got cleaned so that’s one outing , like 200 rounds through it since . Dirty 9mm .

Is anyone else seeing a lot of wear on the receiver where the charging handle clips on? There is a lot of play in the charging handle and that ability to move is scarring up the aluminum. The rifle was stated to have only 200 rounds through it.

Can this be tightened up?

I just installed Nick's charging handle the other day. It worked well. My only observation is that, IMO, it needs a stronger spring for a more positive lock up. Also, Nick is in Kelowna and not Kamloops for what its worth.

That’s to be expected my castle nut had bare aluminum showing from where the charging handle rubbed against it direct from the factory without me firing a single round.

Nice! I’m using a Viking Tactical MK1 2 point on mine. One end in my MFT minimalist stock and the other in a MRA Mlok qd mount on the hand guard

Just out of pure curiosity, anyone run .40 S&W magazines in their FX-9’s? Wondering if they work considering that more 9mm rounds could be loaded in them

If your thinking ipsc i would believe the same rules that apply to pistol would for pcc. If your just plinking no issues.

That’s great to know, are there any potential feeding issues using those types of magazines?
