Thanks Thorsbear. You should recognize the up grades lol. I’ll definitely post more as parts roll in. The flimsy top rails have to go.
Had it out to the range today, so much fun. All 5 22 rnd mags ran awesome. The two 110 rnd drums ran well until the last few rounds, I had one or two failure to feed. All in all it’s an awesome plinker.

I switched up my rifle again... and will probably do so again in the future. I fitted an Aluminum CYMA RIS hand guard using my 3D printer. I was nice enough to upload the STL file on Thingiverse for anyone else who wants to do the mod as well. No movement what so ever.
So far, the extra weight it nice. Less plastic is also nice. The right side near the ejection port needs to but cut but thats easy. I don't currently have a picture of that mod. Also, I don't know how I feel about the muzzle device. I feel 50/50. I also don't know what optic I want to use.

Quick Update I got a small batch of the Rail Adapter coming for end of June/July!!!
This is the first batch to see how things go, Ill be pricing them $52 Shipped via Letter Mail.
I wish I could get the price lower but Ive outsource the manufacture to have higher quality material, IE Nylon plastic. Super strong, completely solid chunk of plastic and heat resistant!
Ill be updating once they arrive, at which point ill take orders.
Cant wait for yall to try them out!!

Just thought I'd post a few photos and measurements detailing the size of stocks compared to one another.
I only have a few styles but it gives an idea to the relative sizes between them
From Bottom to top:
1. Fixed MP5 Stock 25.5cm
2. SRC MP5 F A3 1 position and closed adjustable 27.5cm open, 13cm closed
3. VCF MP5 A3 1 position and closed adjustable 23cm open, 7cm closed
4. CYMA MP5 A3 F 3 position and closed adjustable
5 GSG16 3 position and closed adjustable 26.5cm open, 11.5cm closed
*measurements from center of stock pin to end
All aftermarket adjustables use aluminum arms. SRC and VCF require fitment as they are made to match a steel receiver (narrower arm tracks than GSG16, larger rear receiver than GSG)
The CYMA adjustable fits perfectly but is mostly plastic except for the arms, still a very good fit to the GSG16.

Steel MP5 front sight with MP5 removable sight post, steel trilug adapter, steel MP5 trilug flash hider!
waiting on a 9mmX0.75 tap so that I can tap the trilug adapter to fit on the Dlask 9" barrel...
SEF trigger housing with SEF Stamped steel fire control selector
Selector removes exactly like MP5. Turn to 12o'clock and remove.
Uses spring detent to lock at each position
Should be ready soon! lol

Recent GSG 16 owner here. I was very disapointed when I first took the new rifle out of the box, it is such a light and flimsy feeling plastic rifle. I have owned airsoft rifles and BB guns that feel more realistic than this. I almost resold it prior to even shooting it, but once I shot it I loved it. What a fun plinker and I love the 20 something round mags. Mine is not a hardcore MP5 clone, just a GSG 16 with a few upgrades. About the only other mod I plan to make is to get some push-pins to replace the factory screws.
Yea.. I have a Bushless trs-25. I've had it forever. It goes on, then comes off. I don't know what I want for an optic. Currently it's sitting with nothing on it.

Just picked up a GSG16, (my first gun). Took it out for the first time today, ran flawlessly. Love it.
I think I'd like to try an optic (not red dot)on it, are there any suggestions for inexpensive scopes? I've seen a few recommendations for a Simmons Truplex .22 Mag Riflescope, but apparently it fits "dovetail" and not Picatinny rails.
