You re-blued the parts? why not parkerize them?
The easiest and most economical way to refinish a gas cyl is to use high temp flat black cylinder head paint. Spray on and bake in the oven per instructions. This works very well, but is not impervious to the more aggressive bore cleaners. You could also use a stainless steel blackening solution. This is expensive, hard to find and a bit more tricky. A custom metal re-finishing shop might be set up to blacken a gas cyl. If you do use the spray on paint you need to plug both ends of the cylinder as well as the area around the gas port and splines to prevent a build up of paint on the interior surfaces. I use the spray paint method for the gas cyl and the stainless steel blackener for the gas cyl locks and screws.

Its not too often that you will find all parts as a complete kit, so chances are that you will need to get them a piece or two at a time. You can find other ebay vendors who will ship to Canada. Other possibilities include Marstar and Numrich as well as the EE.
Does anyone have a source for sets of replacement (ie new) stock metal?

I am talking swivels, screws, buttplate etc.
I've seen some on ebay for around $50 but no shipping to Canada.
