The new NR NoDak Spud NDS 18SC

Current update…

We apologize on behalf of NoDak Spud, PWS and IRUNGUNS for the lack of communication.

Due to the unprecedented firearm sales in the U.S. some of the core components needed to complete the scheduled production runs have been seriously affected and or delayed.

As some of these components are proprietary to this build, we have run into difficulties securing a steady supply thus causing a delay in scheduling the completion of the rifles.

This problem has been plagued by the Covid 19 virus, the uncertain political situation in the U.S which seems to be getting worse by the day, and that Christmas is less than 2 weeks away.

Even securing raw materials is becoming a problem.

We are continuing to work out the logistics and will hopefully have an answer soon.

Given the way things have been working out thus far, it will most likely be in the New Year.

Please understand this is no one fault, just an abundance of unfortunate circumstances.

The IRUNGUNS Team

All of this is understandable, what I don't understand is why we can't even see what it's going to look like!

you guys must have a rendering or computer generated pic you can show us if not one of an actual built gun? Pleaseeeeee

I’m sure that will create another 63 pages of suggestions for changes.
Bet They’ll keep it under wraps till their design and supply chain match up

Here is the 18.5 inch BRN180 Upper (Made by PWS) on the look alike 180 lower for AR15's.

Hopefully they made an upper similar to this that works with the Nodak lower. Love the retro charging handle and dust cover.

Irunguns has already said it’s going to look like this, just with Magpul furniture.

Wow the Liberals got to go but OTOOLE is weak and inefective as he is contolled by the bible bangers out west. We are all doomed. I guess I will be doing hard time in the not too distant future. I hope they have a veterans wing at the federal incarceration level.

He's just being salty about the fact that the FRT now contains a bunch of previously 'not ARs' that are prohibited just like ARs.

No. it is in current case transcripts of cross examination of Murray Smith, who gave the government the list of OiC prohibs, and later edited the FRT with all "AR family" variants.

Interim injunctions folder, 29th is dealing with OIC and FRT, the rest with specific firearms.

He under oath testified, paraphrasing. AR family includes 4 distinct subsets. AR-15 (which includes 90s AR-10), M16, M4 and AR-10 (50s). Deriya 12GA shotgun, while having different barrel, bolt, magazine and receiver is a variant of AR10 (50s). If you go and bother to look at it it just looks like AR10 (50s).

When confronted that it is his opinion and not the law, he said it is a "determination" and agreed and said that police and crown will charge people base on his opinion and it is up to accused to prove their innocence.

You can of course, being under illusion that you have any rights regarding your "borrowed" property, keep buying "assault style" semis. Just be aware that under current legislation nothing prevents RCMP from re-classifying anything as a variant of anything, it just have to look like one.

yes, if, Alberta tactical wins the case, it will be different. let's hope judge has the balls to define a "variant" and start what is essentially a rewrite of the firearms act.

Sooo Murray Smith is okay with people being charged based on his opinion? Sounds like a great guy...fits right in the libs mindset.
