The new NR NoDak Spud NDS 18SC

I am still willing to buy this if they released it tomorrow.

I've heard nothing but good reviews for the American version that they sell through Brownells.
(And they've been around for many years now.)

The Canadian version is long overdue.

why can't the brownells version be brought here?

"Upper receivers of M16, AR-10, AR-15 and M4 pattern firearms are also prohibited devices, as of May 1, 2020."

The BRN 180 mates to AR15 lowers, if IRG had went through with it the NDS 18SC would mate to AR180b pattern lowers (Nodak, WK, MCR, Lynx, etc.) kinda sad that it fell through.

Could IRunGuns license the upper design from Brownells, bring in the upper receiver internal parts, and the have a local partner manufactur the upper shell modified to fit an existing Canadian 180 lower, and the sell either complete firearms or builder kits? SBI in particular already makes the Lynx upper that fits either the NoDak lower or its own Lynx lower. IRunGuns could potentially sell the upper shell back down to the States for use on NoDak lowers down there if import rules would allow it.

Thank you, I used to know it was an ar15 compatible upper. Name confused me

Another project would be for IrunGuns to contact robinson armament. They plan on making more m96 from left over parts. No time line but Canada should grab the whole lot

Alright so why don't somebody just pay them to produce BRNWK-180 uppers?

Well maybe that company could start making these rifles?
I just checked, and guess who bought them?
Palmetto State Armory
I'm telling y'all, the Poverty Pony is our only hope, they're probably the only US mfg that's based enough to be interested in doing something like this.

Hell, it might even be possible to have WK-JAKLs!

Brownells doesn't care enough to make a targeted lower for the population of 40 million where less than 5% of the population may actually consider buying it.
Their target market has over 330 Mil people who have a birthright to own firearms.

Nobody down south is making anything for us, for them we are the step sibling that gets the used toys after 3 years.

Nodak spud is not happening, EVER, there are plenty of other AR180s already available in Canada.

People need let this three year old thread die in Peace.

As you are well aware we are working on a couple of projects for the Canadian market, one is with PSA and the original founder of NODAK SPUD. This is the proprietary Nodak Spud 180SC FRT 196206 mated with a proprietary upper designed off the Jakl.

This is a totally different beast then your standard 180, it is by far the most advanced platform that could hit the Canadian market.

Unfortunately, there are some concerns about how the rifle will sell in Canada.

Should we be able to get this project up and running there will also be various barrel lengths available and possibly additional calibers.

We would kindly ask for your help in politely sending a few site enquires to PSA and help us explain how they would have an unlimited captive Canadian market, thus hopefully they will schedule production time to make it happen.

Here is the link to where you can help get this project off the ground in a timely fashion.
