It's not that simple. They are busy for a few months getting the first wave out. I'm just as anxious as everyone but I understand why it's taking time.
Enter it into inventory, validate the buyer’s license, email the buyer the tracking number. Takes time.
every PAL has to be last minute verified on every rifle and every receiver ...... after it has been picked and processed and repackaged..... then PAL verification..... then canada post shipping label.
If they have can post pick up at the store or warehouse, they might have a daily quota on how many parcels can be trucked in one pick up.
So the retailer must deal with 2 government agencies before the item even leaves the shop

I asked a question to see if others had gotten their shipments to figure out if they were in fact shipping out and when I could reasonably expect mine. However, if we are on the subject, then firearm distributors often do a piss poor job of setting and/or delivering on timelines they themselves establish. I don't like being told the product will be shipping in mid August only to be waiting empty handed for another month or so. A 3 week delay is not worth complaining about but some of these companies delay shipments for months and that is irritating. I digress, I'm not complaining about Arms East anyway. I just wanted to know when I'd get my shipment.
It's getting bad. Snowflakes everywhere. Walter has a small crew and this is probably the largest shipment he's ever handled. On top of checking to ensure every piece of paperwork is good (PAL, serial numbers etc...) they also have to answers many calls a day on status of their order. On top of it, some expect him to be on CGN answering questions.
so .... are there only two outfits in canada that keep any decent inventory of ar-10 stuff rolling thru or what?
so far ctcs and rdsc seem to be the only places I am finding useful items.
so far my parts list is like this
superlative adjustable gas block, detent style .750
lantac nitride coated rifle gas tube,
stag bcg
stag trigger as it seems fine for now but won't know till she is live fired.
ordered two handguards , diamondhead vrs t .308H 15" (was on sale for 99USD!!) and a JP 15.5" genIII tube handguard.
stag carbine buffer tube kit.
not sure on the buttstock yet....
barrel will be a Jury custom - .338 federal 19" fluted , no muzzle thread, probably see it december-ish.
extension will be Bat machine or Maple Ridge armory.
adm recon quick release mount and 1 inch rings.
optic to be determined
I'm a bit confused about gas tubes so hopefully the lantac is compatable with what I'm trying to accomplish LOL
she will get a full camo finish when the build is done.

Amen, every time I read any thread it's people asking the same questions over and over again. They answer every few days. Ask for patience but people still call and ask when is my rifle coming. Slows the whole thing down. If you have done any other preorder you know ir takes time. They were planning on waiting to have them in stock I was told but when IRG tried to steal the business they worked to get they had to do it this way.
If everyone took as much time to write letters to mps, and encourage others to get pals instead of whining about waiting a few more weeks because they are not shipping fast enough then maybe we would not be looking down the end of a gun ban.
If you ordered it and have not got it yet it will be going out soon or it's on the last shipment that leaves stag next week and arrives the following Tuesday. You are like 2 to 3 weeks max. Grab a beer and chill it will come. I waited 9 months to get rifles before. The instant gratification that's so common today isn't very easy with firearms.
i get the frustration ..... what I don't get is the need to pollute every stag-10 thread with the whining.
Keep your non build related posts in the dealer forum .... seems pretty darn simple.
perhaps a Moderator could clean this thread up and get rid of all the posts that should be in the dealer forum..... or just lock this one and start a new one and have a mod manage the content a little LOL

I got all of my parts (save for the barrel and bcg which came from Fulton Armoury) from Brownells.

I have all my parts, just waiting on my barrel from Mystic Precision and Mcgowen!
I hear tier one armoury has good stuff but their website is garbage. I use those 2 plus some other websites will have random parts but Brownells is best. Your gas tube should work fine just be warned I find the nitrided gas tubes can be a bit stickier to put in than the stainless
Snowflakes are people that shut down a discussion because they don't like the substance of that discussion. The only snowflakes in this thread are the ones complaining about people asking legitimate questions. Either provide a helpful answer or ignore it. This is where we come for any and all information on the stripped receivers after all.
