I hope this helps. Good luck.
Certainly. And probably not only me. Thank you very much for your time.

I don't have my Stag 10 yet (bought receiver and parts to build my own). However I do have a number of different A10/AR308 rifles and I used the typical 1.5" height (or close depending on the brand) without any issues. This also depends on how you hold the rifle. I prefer my head being up, rather than what a lot of people do with tilting their head down and looking towards their eyebrows to get the correct sight picture. With a head more upright position and this height, the sight picture is perfect when I snap up an AR308 from the low or high ready. It's right there. No searching for it. Which makes using 3X useable for fast shots. It's not if you're having to move around to get your sight picture. Also it's far more comfortable when shooting from a bench if I'm not having to cram up on the rifle and look upwards. I use these heights on any monlithic or monlithic style rail system. Keep in mind they are usually 1.47" to 1.49" from the base on top of the rail to the centre of the scope.
Here's a Kinetic Sidelok mount with 1.49" on BCL 102 and on a HK MR308A3-28 . Works perfect.
Here's the same scope mount with a 56MM NF 12-42X scope on a rifle with a Cadex Dual strike.
This is the ADM recon which is 1.47". This is on a DPMS G2 recon 308. It's perfect.
Do you just keep DMRs all around your house sitting on all of your furniture haha?
Hey Jiff, look what I got![]()

The LaRue Tactical MBT-2S Trigger is on sale for $87. Does anyone have any experience with it? How much better is it than the stock Stag trigger? I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on this deal.
YepIs anyone else still waiting for their receiver sets from Arms East?
do not appear to be, I’m sure someone would have posted something by now.I don't think they've sent out any from the second batch?
They said they were going to ship them out about a month ago and I haven't heard anything since. I thought I was the only one getting the shaft.
A 3 month preorder with export and manufacturing delays is hardly worth whining about. They give updates all the time. No one seems to bother reading back a few pages.
I don’t think anybody is talking about the pre-order anymore.
It’s more of a shipping thing.
