well it was in setup. I will do some proper cut and shaping on the foam, then encapsulate it in some red gun tape. the purple underneath is a non-sticky tape so no residue. So when I'm done the rear end will be properly bubba'd but much neater. Till I can find a local saddler,then it can be done right. Now my AR is prohib this is my long range gun!
 
I've had my SVT-40 for maybe 5 years and I love it as much as when I first bought it. Yes, the recoil spring has almost taken out my eye and potentially put holes in the drywall several times, but this gun is a rockstar on the range. Powerful. Accurate. Such a great gun.
 
i have an svt 40, that came from SIR many years ago. I still have several boxes of imported ammo...the steel cased 150 grain Hungarian stuff that went for 7.49 a box back in 96. It has never jammed and has proven deadly on moose. It hasn't been used hunting in years though, so I am thinking of selling it. No idea what one goes for these days.
