The Varmints are coming!!!!

Mine showed up today! What a beauty! Dropped an AAC flash hider on it as I had ordered it bare. Swapped the MOE stock out for a CTR and put a MIAD grip on it. Looks and feel amazing, much lighter than I was expecting(More like I was hoping!). If this thing shoot as good as it looks it will soon be my go to gun!

Awesome setup! Which barrel is that? Light or medium?

Could you get a weight on the rifle? That's pretty much how I would set one up if I buy one.

I sighted mine in at the range yesterday with 55 gr nosler varmageddon, it was printing 0.5 moa @ 100 yards prett consistently. I took it to a gopher patch today and shot a few of the stragglers that hadn't decided to hibernate yet. What an awesome platform to use! Can't wait to get into the thick patches next year, or coyotes this winter. I didn't even to think to take pictures of the first kills with this platform as far as I am aware, I wish I would have.

Will ATRS be posting when the second batch of rifles have started being put together?

We are just getting ready to run production run #2, so will be ordering aluminum plate shortly.
From start to finish a run takes about 6 months, assuming that our suppliers of the parts we do not manufacture keep to their anticipated supply times.

Before anyone else pipes up, yes I am well aware that the 1st production run took closer to 8 months, like the Hunters did, but moving forward things do get better.

This is the exact build I'm looking at.
Is that the 12" Fortis??

If I ordered at the end of May, am I in production batch 1, or batch 2? I had hoped 1, but I'm guessing 2. I'm just trying to get my expectations in check in regards to delivery time, and whether I will have to be content with my other 223's for the winter :)
